Article Snippet: After being blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBS-tween (TBS, 0.05% Tween-20 [Sigma, St. Louis, MO]) for 2 hr, at RT, membranes were incubated with 1:1000 dilutions of primary antibodies (anti-TH [mouse, ImmunoStar, Acris Antibodies, GmbH, Germany], or anti-SLC39A7 [rabbit, Sigma, St. Louis, MO] or anti-α-tubulin [mouse, Sigma, St. Louis, MO]) diluted in 2.5% non-fat milk in TBS tween ON at 4°C.
